Our booking form gives you access to view our sonographer's live availability and select a day / time that suits your clinic and your patient best. Please make sure you specify in your booking if you have any time constraints (dental, owner availability, etc.) so we can do our best to accommodate during scheduling. Attach recent lab results, radiographs if relevant and a summary of your concerns for this patient. Providing a summary really helps us nail any medical recommendations in the context of any specific patient or client factors that might affect the desired level of care.

Please note - all bookings must be submitted directly by vet clinics only. If you are a pet owner, please contact your local clinic for assistance.
After booking an appointment on our online booking form, you will receive a confirmation email within the next 20 minutes. If you do not receive this email by then end of the day, please let us know.
24 hours before appointment, we will send an email advising of the ETA window. Times may vary due to delays at other clinics or traffic.
On the day of appointment, we will phone you when we are 30 minutes away to confirm the timing and can advise any variations to protocols at this time.

If a detailed review of extensive patient histories is required, additional fees may apply.
